Do You Need Training?

In addition to our range of accredited and certificated training courses, we now provide (at our training centre or at a location to suit you) the 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) and the 2 day Refresher for FAW.Available Training Courses.

First Aid at Work Courses:

  • EFAW – Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) 3yr Qualification
  • FAW First Aid at Work Refresher (2 day) this course can only be taken by individuals who have successfully completed the 3 day First Aid at Work Course
  • FAW First Aid at Work (3 Day) 3yr Qualification

All of the above courses are delivered by a trainer with over 30 years practical experience. These can be carried out at our training centre, or, (subject to numbers) at your workplace.

Our fees for training services are extremely competitive (our retained clients are entitled to a discount) and we endeavour to keep costs as low as possible to encourage our clients to maintain trained and competent employees at all levels.

Who are our courses for?

The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)  course is for anybody who is looking to be a responsible First Aider within a low-risk workplace.

The First Aid at Work (FAW) course is for anybody working within a high-risk working environment such as the construction industry, this is more in-depth in comparison to the Emergency First Aid at Work course.

It is a legal requirement for all companies in the UK to have at least one appointed Emergency First Aider in the workplace, as stated by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

EFAW – Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) 3yr Qualification

The Emergency First Aid at Work qualification is a 1-day course. The course is designed to teach the skills required to offer CPR and First Aid confidently in a real-life scenario. The Emergency First Aid at Work course can be attended by anybody who wishes to learn the skills of First Aid.

FAW First Aid at Work (3 Day) 3yr Qualification

The First Aid at Work qualification is a 3-day course.  Upon successful completion, individuals will learn how to manage a range of illnesses and injuries that could occur within the workplace. It will equip individuals with the life-saving First Aid skills needed to act in an emergency situation. This course is ideal for individuals who wish to act as a first aider within their workplace and those who work in higher risk working environments.
