We have created an example risk assessment for our clients’ use, for the carrying out of construction type activities, maintenance and repairs – considering the current situation with regards to exposure to and transmission of COVID-19.

To access and download the risk assessment, clients should log into the Document Vault within our website www.constructionsafety.org.uk, with the login details we have provided.

The risk assessment should be used in conjunction with the latest COVID-19 government guidance, CLC (Construction Leadership Council) Site Operating Procedures (Version 3 as of 21/04/2020) and https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/UKHSE/bulletins/287058a

In addition, the risk assessment should be checked and amended if necessary to ensure that it is specific to the conditions on site/in the workplace, and activities being carried out
